Ugh I feel heartbroken, all over again???? How could I literally survive multiple heartbreaks in less than 3 months

Ugh reached a point where it’s actually necessary to start taking care of myself physically and thinking about my mental health actively, being terrible to my body in every way has not helped anything and has just made me rly depressed lol.
